Biography:
Rev. Dr. Daniel F. Flores is an ordained Elder in the United Methodist Church and a clergy member of the Rio Texas Conference. Bringing more than twenty years of pastoral experience, he has served in New Jersey, Connecticut, Michigan, New Mexico, and Texas, nurturing vibrant, Christ‑centered communities across diverse cultural contexts.

Dr. Flores offers a global perspective shaped by his graduate‑school secondment to the British Methodist Church, during which he lived and ministered in Bristol, England, for two formative years. As an adjunct for Gordon Conwell, he has taught English and Spanishspeaking seminarians throughout the USA, Latin America, and the Caribbean.

A trained academic librarian, he is passionate about equipping students to navigate the library’s rich resources of biblical studies, church history, counseling, and theology. Dr. Flores brings with him two decades of experience teaching Wesleyan studies. His passion is helping emerging church leaders translate the practical and theological insights of John and Charles Wesley into faithful contemporary ministry. He is married to Rev. Dr. Thelma Herrera Flores, an ordained Deacon in the United Methodist Church, and together they model a shared vocation of holistic, Spirit‑led discipleship.
