Biography:
Dr. Walt Mueller is a youth and family ministry veteran with over forty-five years of experience in the field, both in local church and parachurch settings. He is the founder and president of The Center for Parent/Youth Understanding, an organization which endeavors to increase the ability of churches and homes to nurture children and teens into a lifetime of biblically faithful, whole-life Christian discipleship; the organization provides relevant and timely information, analysis, and theologically sound resources on today’s rapidly-changing youth culture. Dr. Mueller writes, speaks, trains, and teaches globally to people who love and lead children and teens. He is a graduate of Geneva College (BA in Sociology), graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Master of Divinity from Gordon-Conwell, and completed his Doctor of Ministry (Ministry to Postmodern Generations) at Gordon-Conwell. He is the author of ten books as well as the host of two podcasts: Youth Culture Today and Youth Culture Matters. In addition, he writes regularly for a number of periodicals and has appeared on numerous media outlets to discuss teenagers and their world.

Walt and his wife Lisa live in Elizabethtown, PA. They have four grown children and seven grandchildren.
