Biography:
Cynthia is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Mental Health Counselor with over two decades of experience counseling individuals, children, and families in outreach and school settings. As the Clinical Director and founder of Quadra Counseling Associates, she is passionate about helping her clients achieve wholeness and restoration in their lives and marriages.

Cynthia specializes in marriage enrichment, blended families, affair recovery, and individual therapy for anxiety and depression. She works with women experiencing intimate partner violence and counsels women and men in emotionally abusive relationships to develop confidence and establish emotionally healthy boundaries. She has a heart for working with people over 55, assisting them in adapting to the milestones they face during retirement and this new season of life.

Cynthia has facilitated professional seminar courses for Master of Counseling students and supervised therapists working towards Massachusetts licensure. She obtained her master’s degree in counseling from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and is currently a third-year doctoral student at Regent University with completed research on working with counselors-in-training in Ukraine during the outbreak of war. She is also writing a book chapter for helping church leaders minister to abuse victims.
