Biography: Dr. William Barnett is the founder and President of the International Network of Creatives, an adjunct professor at Rawlings School of Divinity at Liberty University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude for his Doctor of Ministry, and a Doctor of Ministry co-mentor Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. In addition to teaching, he is a ministry consultant, podcaster, and writer.

Dr. Barnett has decades of experience in church and parachurch settings in Christian education, music and worship, ministry leadership, administrative, and training roles. He previously served as the administrative director for Mastermedia International (NY) and on staff with Campus Crusade for Christ. He has ministered through the arts and music in South Africa, Nicaragua, Turkey, Israel, and the Mission to the World (PCA) Refugee Team, reaching thousands worldwide with the Gospel.

Dr. Barnett has touched countless lives of people who are addicted, disadvantaged, and at-risk, by facilitating arts outreach ministries in New York, Florida, and Georgia through a variety of organizations. He serves on the board of the Leighton Ford Initiative in Theology, the Arts & Gospel Witness and the Legacy Imperative and is a member of the Collier County Public Schools Arts Council Think Tank, American Association of Christian Counselors, National Art Education Association, the NAPLES Group (Naples Area Professional Leaders and Executive Services), and Omega Nu Lambda.
